We called on a Tuesday night and Wednesday morning Dave came unfortunately had to replace our pump. Dave was very polite, professional, answered all of our questions and completed the job in a few hours. We will definitely use this company in the future and refer Kappus to our friends and neighbors. Thanks Dave.

The Kappus company was a major contributor to my well being. I was spiraling out of Control because I didn’t know what to do about the water pressure in my home. I had already paid another company to come and look at it, and they told me that it was electrical problem. I then found out from my plumber guy Dave that it was a pipe problem instead. He then referred this company. I called Kappus they immediately diagnosed it and told me that it was a busted pipe and not an electrical problem. They gave me an estimate. They didn’t overcharge me. They got the job done. They worked with me for the payment arrangement and I was so ecstatic to know that such a reliable company existed right in my community. I cannot stop thanking God that I stumbled across this company through Dave the local plumber guy. The team and Jess took great care of me and she was able to answer all my questions efficiently and precisely this plumbing company is the absolute best.

I never get around to writing reviews but these guys deserve to be recognized. They were here within an hour of calling (in the afternoon). They were extremely competitively priced and explained that the price could not be determined until the job was started (well pump failure) but would probably be anywhere from x to y depending on what they found. The price was the lowest they had indicated. I found them extremely transparent and very knowledgeable. They were organized, polite, efficient and caring. They explained it all to me and my 9 yr old and had no issue with us staring at them working the whole time!! I would not hesitate to recommend these people. Six stars.
