We called late Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning Dave came unfortunately had to replace our pump. Dave was very polite, knowledgeable and professional he answered all of our questions and completed the job on a few hours. After a horrible surprise of having our water shut off, mid-shower, we quickly realized that something was wrong with our pump. One call to Kappas and he had two techs at our home within a few hours. Unfortunately, our well pump seized after only having it for 4 years (supposed to last 10-15 years). Kappas changed out the pump that was over 250 feet below ground and had us up and running before the end of the day. Same day repair of such an essential part of every household. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone in need of such a service.

I never get around to writing reviews but these guys deserve to be recognized. They were here within an hour of calling (in the afternoon). They were extremely competitively priced and explained that the price could not be determined until the job was started (well pump failure) but would probably be anywhere from x to y depending on what they found. The price was the lowest they had indicated. I found them extremely transparent and very knowledgeable. They were organized, polite, efficient and caring. They explained it all to me and my 9 yr old and had no issue with us staring at them working the whole time!! I would not hesitate to recommend these people. Six stars.

Wonderful, fast and professional service. My water suddenly stopped working, and Kappus was quickly able to get someone to come out and take a look. Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me clearly and completely, gave me several options for fixing it, and patiently answered all of my questions. We made a second appointment for replacing the well pump and tank, and he arrived with 2 other guys and got the job done. These guys are honest, friendly, skilled and professional. I would definitely hire them again.
